MacKay's Crossing is a road and rail level crossing 50 km north of
Wellington on State Highway 1 (SH1). Transit New Zealand proposes to
construct an over-bridge, realign SH1, and improve access to adjacent
properties including Queen Elizabeth Park and Whareroa Farm
