Making sure that people and freight can move quickly and safely around, and in and out of the region is one of our main responsibilities.

People in the Wellington region use public transport more than anywhere else in New Zealand.

Planning for the future

Greater Wellington has partnered with NZTA and Wellington City Council to make this happen through Let's Get Wellington Moving.
