“The key outcome we are seeking is to understand who owns, is responsible for, and is
accountable for all assets that service the Pinehaven Stream system. This includes, but is not
limited to, the culvert located at 10A–10C Birch Grove, along with responsibility for the
maintenan e of these assets and who is responsible for making current and future decisions
regarding them”.
