This document outlines the Earthworks Construction Management Plan, which was prepared to accompany the resource consent application (WGN220066) for land disturbance works associated with the development. 

The intention of this document is to set out the key parameters and likely site conditions that are required to be considered to assist the contractor in preparing their Construction Management Plan, for which they will be contractually responsible.
