Successful restoration fund applicants

Featherston Youth Programme site

Four South Wairarapa groups were successful in their applications to receive funding for activities contributing to Wairarapa restoration. These groups were:

• Featherston Youth Group - for native wetland planting near Donald's Creek and at Lake Domain
• Friends of Onoke Spit - for dune restoration planting at Onoke Spit
• South Wairarapa Biodiversity Group - for restoration activities at Onoke Lagoon
• Pirinoa School - for propagating plants in their Trees for Survival plant grouwing unit
