Bring your whānau for an afternoon in an enchanted park! Take a walk in the Gums Loop Meadow of Wainuiomata Regional Park. Help us build a fairy garden and play in the forest sanctuary where kiwi live.
Kids can create their own fairy doors or paint rocks for the fairy garden. Facepainting is available for the young and the young-at-heart. Bring your own fairy costumes and picnics for the day. Our knowledgeable park ranger fairy ranger will be there to answer questions about the park. 
Delivered in partnership with the Remutaka Conservation Trust, who will be there to teach tamariki about the North Island brown kiwi who live there.
Aimed at children 4-10 years old. Tracks are accessible for prams. Dogs are allowed on a lead.
