Battle Hill Explorer Scavenger Hunt

This scavenger hunt is free for your whānau to complete anytime. You’ll need to work together to explore the park and follow the clues! 

You’ll walk through a working farm. Meet the tuna/longfin eels who live in Horokiri Stream! Look out for chickens on the farm. Can you spot any native birds like kererū and tūī in the park? You’ll learn about the history of Battle Hill. Bring a picnic and enjoy an afternoon in your regional park.
