Come along and plant ngaio, tī kouka, harekeke and other native species in the valley alongside the Wainuiomata River. In a few years’ time it’s going to look very different so if you’d like to be part of the team restoring this location, we’d love your help.

This planting day is perfect for those who enjoy a bit of physical activity, as you’ll be carrying plants and digging holes.

This is not suitable for young children and recommended for 13 years and above. There is a toilet in the carpark. No dogs are allowed in this park.
