Healthy waterways

Helping landowners improve waterways and wetlands for landowners. Waterways can vary in size and type from springs, to rivers, to wetlands. Funding and support is available to protect all of them, and can contribute to fencing to exclude stock, pest plant control, planting and pest animal control. This fund supports schools and early childhood centres to carry out projects that support native plants and wildlife. It will help students to do projects like: planting, cleaning up litter and pest animal control. There is up to $500 a year available for each project.
