“May I please get a copy of the contract (or equivalent) in place between GWRC and Metlink/Transdev/Kiwi Rail? [specific to Wairarapa Train Line]
If the above can't be supplied doe to commercial/sensitive information etc. May I please amend the request as follows:
What if any clause(s) are in the agreement regarding reliability for public rail transport? Please provide full detail where possible (take notice that, as above, please do not include sensitive information).
If the answer to the above is None (or no), please state if you have condidence in the contract manager(s) that drew up, reviewed, and signed the above.”
