Greater Wellington Regional Council (GWRC) have identified Carterton, Wairarapa, as an area potentially at risk of flooding from the Mangatārere Stream. GWRC are interested in exploring the possible extents of flooding from a 1% Annual Exceedance Probability (AEP) event.
