The questions provide a guide in order to satisfy the minimum information requirements that must be included with your application as prescribed in Schedule 4 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA). Depending on the scale of your proposed activity, more detailed information and an Assessment of Environmental Effects (AEE) will be required to support the resource consent application. An initial fixed application fee of $1,374.25 (incl. GST) is required to be submitted with this application.
