The objective of this report is “To analyse the economic impacts of
investment in land transport infrastructure, with reference to their
implications to the Wellington region, and identify key strategic and policy
issues.”

This report seeks to provide a framework for decisionmakers to use in
finding solutions to the Region’s transport issues.
