The analysis in this report is part of a larger project for the Wellington
Regional Council looking at: the future of the urban workforce; and the
interaction between land use patterns and transport supply.

The particular focus in this report is on structural changes in the
composition of employment; the ways in which land use patterns and
transport infrastructure interact; and the ways in which these factors affect
patterns of transport demand.
