Annual Plan 2019/20

In the years in between Long Term Plans, we produce Annual Plans. These plans contain any changes to the Long Term Plan for that year and the proposed budget and funding impact statements for that financial year. We are currently in the 2019/20 Annual Plan.

This year, we’re staying on track

As set out in Year 2 of our Long Term Plan 2018-28, our Annual Plan 2019/20 is continuing to invest in the things that really matter to our extraordinary region.

Over the next 12 months, we will focus on the following areas:

• Metlink public transport – the network requires ongoing maintenance and service enhancements which includes managing costs and service challenges
• Affordability – to fund the things needed while keeping costs within a reasonable amount of expenditure
• Responding to environmental changes and the impacts of climate change and adverse events
