Wainuiomata Hill

Main Ridge Track

This track provides a route through the heart of the northern area, from where you can access the eastern bays of Wellington Harbour or the Wainuiomata Valley. The track passes through regenerating bush and impressive stands of mature beech/ rata forest.

Cheviot Road:	1 hour
Wainuiomata Road (via Puriri track):	30 mins
Ferry Road, Days Bay:	2 hours, 30 mins
